These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Orbuis, operated by Lukrum Tech ("Orbuis", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The store
This website sells the local Orbuis desktop app and provides customer access to purchases and installers. The product runs on your Mac. A customer account alone does not grant a desktop license.
Desktop purchases
The desktop edition is a one-time purchase with unlimited local use. Before sales open, the store will publish the final price, system requirements, desktop license, and refund terms. Checkout is unavailable until the release is enabled. Optional third-party services may charge separately.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the store or violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Attempt to extract secrets, bypass authentication, probe other tenants' data, or overload the service.
- Use Orbuis to generate or distribute malware, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits minors.
- Resell customer credentials or distribute another customer’s purchase information.
Intellectual property
Orbuis branding, software, and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you beyond the limited right to use the service.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKRUM TECH AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Lukrum Tech against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes take effect when posted, or later if we say so. You may stop using Orbuis at any time. We may discontinue features or the service with reasonable notice when practicable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to those same protections.
