Orbuis ("we", "us") is operated by Lukrum Tech. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Orbuis website and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using Orbuis, you agree to this policy.
What the store collects
- Customer account information — email, name, authentication records, and session cookies, including when you sign in with Google.
- Purchase information — payment status and purchase identifiers used to confirm your desktop license and provide installer access. Stripe processes payments; card numbers stay with Stripe.
- Technical information — browser and device signals, page performance, errors, and IP addresses used to operate and protect the website.
How we use this information
We use customer information to authenticate accounts, process purchases, verify installer access, answer support requests, and protect the store. We do not sell personal data.
The desktop app
The website does not provide the desktop workspace or collect desktop projects through a browser workspace. Installing the app and choosing any optional external integrations are separate from using this store.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel, authentication uses Neon Auth, and payments use Stripe. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Processing may occur in the United States and other regions where they operate.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and purchase records needed to provide customer access and meet financial, security, and legal obligations. This storefront change does not delete records from the former web service. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, including older records, contact lukrum.holdings@gmail.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session integrity. Analytics (when enabled) may use first-party measurement on our domain. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Children
Orbuis is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
